Microblading is a type of eyebrow architecture. It is all about creating the best shape for each face.
The process is very precise thanks to the tool that is used which is effectively like a pen with the nib being a blade with 7-14 little needles at the end.
The needle finely tattoos/ implants in featherweight strokes with a medical grade pigment into the dermis layer of the skin, creating fine, realistic and natural hair strokes. Microblading is a form of tattooing but does not last as long compared to fully or solidly filled eyebrow tattoos because a much smaller amount of pigment is inserted.
The hair strokes are natural and fine with use of a handheld needle/blade being used – there is no electrical gadget in this procedure. There is more of a scratching noise, rather than a buzz of a tattoo machine.
